What are Generic Drugs?
A generic drug (generic drugs, short: generics) is a drug which is produced and distributed without patent protection (The generic drug may still have a patent on the formulation but not on the active ingredient). A generic must contain the same active ingredients as the original formulation. In most cases, it is considered bioequivalent to the brand name counterpart with respect to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. By extension, therefore, generics are assumed to be identical in dose, strength, route of administration, safety, efficacy, and intended use. In most cases, generic products are not available until the patent protections afforded to the original developer have expired. When generic products become available, the market competition often leads to substantially lower prices for both the original brand name product and the generic forms. The time it takes a generic drug to appear on the market varies. Drug patents give twenty years of protection, but they are applied for before clinical trials begin, so the effective life of a drug patent tends to be between seven and twelve years. * * *

Prime the pump before the first use by pointing the bottle upright and away from your eyes and spraying 7 times.
If the pump is not used for more than 24 hours, prime again by spraying 2 times. If the pump is not used for more than seven days, prime again by spraying 7 sprays.
Before using, blow your nose gently if necessary. Close one nostril by gently placing your finger against the side of your nose. Tilt your head slightly forward and, keeping the bottle upright, insert the nasal tip into the other nostril. Point the tip toward the back and outer side of the nose.
Press firmly and quickly upwards with your thumb at the base of the bottle while holding the white "shoulders" of the pump between your index and middle fingers. After each spray, sniff deeply and breathe out through your mouth.
After spraying and removing the bottle, tilt your head backwards for a few seconds to let the spray spread over the back of the nose. Replace the plastic dust cap after each use.
If the nasal tip becomes clogged, remove the plastic dust cap and safety clip. Hold the nasal tip under running warm tap water for about a minute. Dry the nasal tip, re-prime the nasal spray pump, and replace the dust cap and safety clip.
If you miss a dose of Atrovent Spray, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.
Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Atrovent Spray.

How could your drugs be so inexpensive?
A drug test that is extremely simple to use and costs only about $5 per test has become very popular within the corrections, probation, parole, and rehabilitation communities.Although generic drugs are chemically identical to their branded counterparts, they are typically sold at substantial discounts from the branded price. Most of the free drug programs require patients to apply through their doctors. In general, those who qualify are people who earn too much money to get government assistance but are facing a financial pinch because they have high medical costs and don't have insurance coverage for prescriptions. Patients who have maxed out their annual prescription insurance may also qualify. The price difference is determined by a prime cost: brand-name product's manufacturers spend lots on researches, tests, medical observation and analysis, various non-manufacturing overheads, branding and advertising, etc.; while to produce a generic drug it is necessary only to purchase a chemical formula. As a result, you get world-class drugs at a reasonable price!
